Your Neighbors, Inc., is happy to introduce Cindy Shepherd, YNI's new Program Coordinator. Cindy is very excited to be a part of this wonderful organization. She brings to YNI many years of hands-on experience working with people of all ages and diverse populations. She has spent her career in various non-profit agencies throughout Oneida and Herkimer Counties working with the terminally ill, those suffering with drug addiction, youth at risk going through the court system, individuals experiencing both physical and sexual abuse, and the elderly in need of services.

She looks forward to working with YNI's Board of Directors and volunteers to ensure that the elderly and homebound people we serve are able to access the services needed to enhance their quality of life.
